Good day Julia,

Both my wife and I was admitted to hospital earlier this year – fortunately not at the same time. I had a heart by-pass operation and my wife got away with a couple of stents. Looking back now, we realise how privileged we were to receive medical treatment in a top class hospital by top class medical practitioners. All of this backed up by a top class Medical Aid Fund, who is supported by a top class administrator in Medscheme.

I have never experienced customer service of such high standard in my entire life!

As can be expected, we had to settle numerous claims, with the assistance of my contact person at Medscheme, Sunelda Gravett. I have never met Sunelda and our contact was by e-mail only. Yet, every time when she promised to follow up on a matter, she stayed true to her word and when I thanked her for her assistance in resolving the so called “sticky” claims her reply was always “Mr Smith it was only a pleasure”.
