With cold fronts lashing our country, it's wise to take extra care of your health! Now is the time for hearty soups and healthy stews, with lots of vegetables to boost your immune system. Seasonal winter fruits such as citrus and guavas, which are naturally high in vitamin C, can also help keep you healthy.
Also try to get some sunshine... winter is typically a time where a reduction in light levels may cause (or exacerbate) depression in some people. And remember about the Scheme's Mental Health Programme, should things just seem too much and you feel that you may need some help.
